11AM- 59:18 easy around Brandeis 4 times (6:16,13,14,7), 8 strides, couple mins down.. 10mi felt a little sore but strong, moving pretty well by the end even with strong wind (6.5) used the wind to my advantage: started the run with it at my back and then when doing strides wind was at my back when going slightly uphill and in my face when going downhill. 5:30PM- 30' easy around the bogs.. 4mi felt fine (6) had a run-in with a dog, playful biting...
