11AM- 28' easy on the treadmill at fitrec.. 4mi sluggish/tired to start but not bad at all after a mile or so (6.5) 3:50PM- 69' easy down Brighton to Newton small loop and back, 8 strides, couple mins down.. 11mi felt decent on the run, strides were so-so and tired/sore by the end (6.5)
