Fun fact for April 3: 45 years ago today, the most violent tornado outbreak in history took place in the Midwest, with 148 tornadoes (30 of them F4s/F5s) touching down over 24 hours. No such tornadoes today, though. Weather was good, around 50, partly cloudy, and not too windy. Ran Pine Loop (def muddy around 4k mark but not miserably so), ran through Ellingson Woods (standing water around nipple) and over practice fb fields, to Lower Arb and under Highway 19 to Upper Arb, around long loop on course, and back. Not too much to note, other than a "take the easy days easy" approach. That was my main goal, and I think I satisfied that much. Cameron Miekle sighting outside Carleton lib, to which he said hi as I ran past.
