Long run with Matt Paal (and Herman for first 2.5 til he turned back) on Landos plus a bit of an add on through Northfield neighborhoods. Felt comfortable throughout, albeit a bit overheated at times. GS was OP sit ups, 4 minute circuit plank, and 50 push ups.
