AM: w/ Bones and Matt on NW roads. Bones made it clear to me last night that he wanted this run to be easy, but he couldn't resist the patented two-step the second half of this run, which brought the pace down to 6:40 towards the end of the run. Nothing ridiculous, but especially given the fact that we raced yesterday, definitely a bit frustrating that he still has the urge to push it. GS was OP sit ups, 100 x flutter/scissor kicks, and 50 push ups. PM: Dusk run through natty lands. Left a bit later than intended, but was a nice, cool run with a beautiful sunset on ToT. Soft surfaces were a welcome respite from the ground and pound the last few days.
