hills + hip strain:(

Daily Note

warmed up and did some hills. It was hard bc the hill I was on wasn't rly sprintable so I didn't feel v fast but during my cool down I was v shaky which I think proves that this hill was legit. I mixed in some reps on a shorter, less steep hill for 8 reps total if that counts? It was like 35 sec on the shorter one.
However the real surprise came during my lift where something popped in my hip. I was doing Bulgarian squats and I just heard and felt a hard pop sound and stopped. No immediate pain with it I just felt off. I was able to walk with v minor limping after but when I woke up this morning(following morning) I couldn't really move my right leg. It's warmed up throughout the day but I'm def walking w a limp now. Based on the internet and consultation w/ a primary care doctor it is hopefully a minor strain and I can at least cross train soon. I texted Adam Hindes but he's ghosting me. Next three days off per coach's instructions
