Daily Note

5 mile warm up along the lake. The hills were such a grind. At one point there was a hill that went straight up for about 600 meters that once i finished I dont know the last time i was that exhausted. They were at least 3 times as hard as the kenosha hills. I thought it was really productive becuz I really felt it in my lungs, while most hill workout i mostly feel it in my legs.
