2 mile warm up. Pre 5:59 overall- 39, 49, 40, 49, 39, 50, 41, 49. 1 mile recovery. 6 x 400 (79, 79, 80, 79, 78, 79) with 200 recovery in between. Cool down until 8 miles. Felt alright during this workout. My legs felt really heavy and tired on the pre and felt a little better during the 400s but not great.
