Daily Note

2 mile warm up. 12 x 400 with 200m recovery. I wasn't sure how this workout was going to go because I felt awful yesterday on the long run. I was a little more cautious this workout and kept the paces slower so I wouldn't over do it. Splits were 82, 84, 82, 81, 81, 83, 81, 82, 81, 82, 80, 81). I tried to keep the paces fairly consistent and it helped Jess and I alternating leading. It ended up being better than I thought. 1.5 mile cool down.
