Daily Note

2 mile warm up. Pre mile (6:00). Em has the splits for on and off because my watch wasn't lapping them but started out a little fast but by the 2nd on we were on pace. 1 mile jog recovery. 6 x 400 with 200m recovery. Felt pretty good but I was feeling it especially on the 5th one. Tried to keep them consistent and relaxed. (78, 78, 79, 79, 78, 80). 1.5 mile cool down.
