Daily Note

Missed the first week because I trained a week after MACs. Decided not to run the Swat meet though because I still felt really tired and was satisfied ending the season with MACs. I'm going to aim for reaching inbetween week 1 and 2 for mileage to catch up but not do too much. Ran early this morning with my sister and had a little IT band pain at the beginning so took it nice and easy and then it went away. Still doing the hip exercises to help stay injury free but glad to be back!
