Daily Note

Today was my physics final so now I’m officially done with Palmberg. I ran after the final with Cole, and we ran our 4 mile course that goes down wilmot. Notable events from this run we’re seeing Ethan running and Jason’s mom walking their dog. We did the 200s on the Shepard grass 200 course which I believe is long because we were going pretty fast and still hitting 34s. The last one we pushed harder and both ran 32. Then we ran back home and I stretched, ate protein and took an ice bath. Still sore from the half marathon so I will try to take these next couple days easy.
