Daily Note

Today we met outside for the first time which is pretty exciting. I had an 8lr with pace pickups since I was in the meet Saturday, so after the track meeting Eric Cole Alex and I put our bags in the school and set off on our run. The problem was, cole and Alex were both sick, and Eric was having stomach problems. I realized that I didn’t want to risk getting sick so I pulled ahead of them a bit and ran alone. We were running boe bealy + bakery but I was the only one who went onto bakery since they all felt like trash. I started my pace pickups after I hit greenwood and I did 4x30 second with a minute recovery in between. I took them hard, and they felt like around 800m pace which was good. I finished the last mile pretty fast and it was a pretty quick run overall. Then I stretched and ate a nature valley bar that I stashed in my bag during gene armer, before going to Chipotle for the fundraiser. I ate my cheese quesadilla at home while trying to do delta math and now I have to write a history essay. Easy ct tomorrow before I attempt to finally max out a hold pace Wednesday.
