Daily Note

I am determined to get back into 3:35-3:40 50k shape. This means I need to be around 2:55-3:00 marathon shape. I have got a lot of work to do.

Was suppose to go easy but keep it around 8:00-8:15 pace.... but yea sometimes things don't always work out as they are suppose to..... I need to run faster to be faster.... so I pushed it a little.... like I used to do before my 50k at Nationals... I have more speed now .... I am determined to be faster but it's going to take a lot of work....
7:33, 7:20, 7:24, 7:21 (29:40), 7:20, 7:29(mountain), 7:15, 6:45 (3:24, 3:21) (28:52) = 58:32, when I saw I could break 7 for the last one I couldn't resist!

    Hey, I had a meeting at the westerville rec center last night, when I was leaving I looked down Maxtown road and saw you :) I had my running shoes in the car with some clothes and I was SO tempted to try to park real quick and find you :) HA...I didnt though since I figured you were almost done (it was 8 or so)...
