This run made me think I should QUIT........ 2 mile warm-up with Beth and Paige... got left because they were going faster then I wanted.... with team.. 7:48, 7:12, 6:55, 6:55, then got left as soon as we hit the cross country course so turned around at 5.5(more then I wanted) and headed backwards because I was lost... got lost on course... found my way out..... SLOWED DOWN (not on purpose).... approx 5 plus miles in 42:23..... then approx 8:04... approx 8:29...then plus 4 mins for 11.5 plus 2 mile warm-up 13.5 miles.... after this I was done burnt out The 'D' has taken over and the title says it all Ana (Ed)- totally wins tonight no energy(food) to do crunches think I might have pulled/strained a stomach muscle with all the things Ed makes me do
