Chase mapped the run it came out to 10.5 miles.... I did an extra 4 minutes at the end ... and 2 mile warm up with Beth before hand.

ED totally won the night I had no energy to do any crunches.... That's 2 days in a row I'm a lazy PIG

Not sure... some people are saying 10 miles some are saying 11 miles.... I thought it was like 10. something then added a few minutes to make it an extra 1/2.... plus 2 warm-up with Beth. So I don't know what to put down???????

    Been meaning to tell you that I signed up to volunteer at my first ultra race. It's the Stone Steps 50K in Cincinnati on October 25th. My friend, Kathy, and I are going to volunteer. She runs ultras and is trying to get me into them--I thought this would be a great way to watch an ultra and give back. Ultra runners are amazing!

    Nice run last night. We got in 11 because I think we went a little longer due to taking a couple of different streets. I totaled 13 miles: 11 with you/group/Paige/Todd and then our 2-mile warm-up. I liked doing the warm-up because it really loosened up my legs. We went out hard with the group! Way to keep up with them. Hope your legs are doing OK; you've really worked them these past few days!
