Evening workout @ Bentley:
Warm up: easy 3 miles, stretch, drills and strides.
Workout: 2 x 1600-800-1200-400 with recovery of 2'/1'45/2' and 3' between sets
splits were (1) 5'22/2'34/3'59/1'13 and (2) 5'22/2'34/3'54/1'14

then did some strides over hurdles and some water jump practice to shake off the rust for saturday.
cooldown: really easy jog on the turf.

Really happy with this strong workout..clearly in better shape than I realise - maybe the change of environment is really helping too :) excited to steeple on saturday.
