meeting messed up our whole club, sorry guys. found kristina and did a tempo-y thing for 2-ish miles to finish her workout. then ran by myself downtown. one of my miles said almost 9:30 which seemed wrong so i blamed the GPS and took some creative license in slightly increasing the mileage since it was in the crowded part of downtown. left calf/ankle have been bothering me the past few days, just especially tight.
