Sorry to Haffner running alone but I can’t tolerate the immense amount of shade I received from his log. I had a lovely run on the treadmill at home watching ACT prep videos. And I used incline (averaged 2% but still) and my calves are sore but that is just the manifestation of my grind. I would like to add that MySpace (oh my goodness my iPad corrected my pace to that. I’m leaving it there.) was only that slow because the treadmill doesn’t automatically go back to the pace you were at before, it has to speed up and the default resume pace is 1 mph. PS you may notice something about the hundredths place of the distance I ran today.
