HR was getting down to 120. Did all 10 400's. The splits were. 75,75,75,76,73,75,75,75,76,73. Everything felt good. The heat definitely made it tough.

400's1.5 Mile warm up10 x 400 @ 75 seconds (400m jogging rest)1.5 Mile cool downFollow the instructions below.. we need to make sure the pulse is coming down to 120 at the end of every 400m jog. So on the first 4 only check your pulse towards the end of the jog. if it's not coming down fast enough switch to only 8 total reps with 600/1200 jog.::afer a set of 4, jog 800m instead of 400mCheck your pulse after the first few, if its not coming down to roughly 120 before the next 400... only do 8 x 400 with 600/1200 rest.
