just went for an easy, solo recovery jog through the natty lands mostly with the hopes of getting some bloodflow to the legs and also to think about my race and stuff in general. friday night's race still feels surreal. excited to get another crack at the 5k. been scheming with power & mop, and dependent on st olaf admin, he may be able to get us into a 5k later this month, or after conference at wartburg, lax, or ncc. i think this would be a great opportunity to be part of a faster field with the hopes of being dragged to a faster time. excited for the next week of training and racing. this week did wonders for my confidence.
