3hr Zwift. Glad it was on a route I hadn't done, otherwise probably would have quit earlier. 1st hr went by quickly, listening to mostly familiar psych/alt/rock music, 2nd hour moved the trainer into the driveway for ~tanning~, listening to Baila Reggaeton -> Mexican house -> classic Bachata, then the iPad overheated so had to go back into the garage, 3rd hour was EDM + 2016 WUXC party music. Watching HR & power become uncoupled around the 2.5hr mark was pretty wild. Up until then it felt borderline pointlessly easy. 6.6/10 will probably do again.
