AM- todays run felt much better than my other morning runs. ran to the trail i did my doubles on back during my 5th year. I remember there are two paths to take on is gravel and the other was dirt. i took the "dirt" path today. i would do this path a lot in the winter. this was the first time doing this in the summer and there was no dirt, just tall wet grass. that was pleasant surprise... Pm- ran out to swat with will. Little tired but good run otherwise
