AM in the park. Warmup, drills/strides, 15km race in 48:01 (5:22, 5:06, 5:12, 5:03, 5:06, 5:15, 5:05, 5:08, 5:04, 1:40 to close), cooldown. 5th overall, first guy took off and I jumped across to the 2-6 pack just before 2 miles. Hung with them through about 7.5 when I was dropped as we hit the north hills. Super fun race and I'm pleasantly surprised with my fitness. This was pretty much the upper limit of what I thought I could do at this point, and it was so much fun to be racing the whole way. Really missed competing like that.
