AM on the river. 20mph crosswind the whole way. Warmup, 4T, 5' rec, 3/2/2/1/1/1 w/ equal rest. Tempo @ 5:28 pace (oof...), rest of paces 5:05, 5:03, 4:54, 4:52, 4:50, 4:38. I'm not sure I've ever finished a workout this long feeling this bad the whole time. Probably an advantage there. After a miserably slow tempo into the cross-headwind I turned and got a little bit of a benefit coming back. But every step of this was pretty uncomfortable. Workout total 8.34 in 47:01 (5:38 pace)
