PM on the river - felt horrible warming up but decided to have a go. 6 mile "tempo" in 33:30 - started in the low 5:20s then it felt like each step was slower than the last. Just hung in there until I slipped to 5:45 on mile 6 then just bailed. HR 160 - so not a crazy effort, I just didn't have much.
