AM warmup, Fred Lebow Half in 68:55 - 1st overall - splits 4:59, 5:14, 5:09, 5:08, 5:21, 5:03, 5:20, 5:12, 5:34, 5:24, 5:09, 5:37, 5:10, cooldown. 2nd place was 6+ mins back so this was a solo effort, and felt pretty smooth. The first 8 miles felt great, but the last 5 were miserable - spent the whole time weaving in and out of lapped runners, which made it very hard to focus on keeping pace. I didn't quite pack it in, but definitely didn't push crazy hard the last 20 minutes or so. Either way, happy with this, it was a good effort, and the first time I've ever pushed a half while in good shape, so a big PR.
