AM in the park - with Mike for the first 5. Warmup, 8 x mile w/ 90s shuffle recovery, cooldown. Times (5:07.0, 5:19.1, 5:12.3, 5:13.5, 5:03.0, 5:12.4, 4:55.6, 4:57.9) 5:07.6 avg. Pace varied based on whatever section of the park we were on, but this was mostly a steadily increasing effort. Felt great, and didn't feel like I was going too crazy at the end. PM doubled back, felt fine.
