Double in morning. Workout with Brad, Gersch, Noah, Marco, and Ly. We did 2 laps at the Muny loop, then tempo'd to campus, to finished a mile on the track. Miles were suppose to go 5:50, 5:40, 5:30, 5:20... We started off with a 5:37, then 5:41, 5:26, 5:37 (with a 180 degree turn and uphill forsyth), then 5:12 on the track. Then we did 2x(4x400) which felt really good. 75-74-73-72, 74-73-73-73. Overall a great workout. Hopeful that there's more to come.
