was supposed to go 10 felt light headed at 4 miles in and I took a 2 min break to regain sight. at 7 miles i felt like i was gonna pass out and I was stumbling so i sat down for like 3 mins and then walked a quarter mile maybe. Then i ran home. so this run was really bad but hopefully its better tomorrow. I probably should eat breakfast and hydrate more. And not run when its super hot out
