Was trying to go for a 50 min AJ session, but came 3 minutes short (I'll just add it to my bike session later). There's a trail supposedly 15 minutes away from my house that I'm going to try and check out tomorrow. It's about 3.4 mi long, so if it's runnable (I don't know what terrain it is) I'll probably use it for my long run this sunday.// 33 min moderate xt in the afternoon.
