Daily Note

Knees were still tight, but felt a lot better than yesterday. Also spent extra time rolling out afterwards which helped. Took the wu/cd easier than I have been to help as well. Still feeling a little more tired than usual, but I think it's related to my diet. I haven't been eating as much as I usually do.
