today was a most excellent workout of 5x2', 3x3' and 4x2'. paces across the board averaged to around 5:17(id almost want to call it faster?). Hard to gauge because of the wind when we turned around for the 2', the wind about 10 mph. very tough workout, pretty doot from it already, its a lot of volume. misty, wet day that was cold with the wind on the way back. chemlik and isaac were trailing for the first two 5s and after the first 3 isaac joined up for the rest.
