Daily Note

Had a rough day, but pulled it together to have a good workout- you can separate your life and school day from running when it comes to practice and race time. Heard the workout and it kind of surprised me because it sounded hard- but after getting into it it was definitely manageable. 1.5 mile 6:20 tempo pace (avg. of abt 6:22), 4ish min rest, 6x300 at 60 on 90 rest, 4 min rest, 1 mile tempo (6:10).
