so didn't feel horrible today which was great. i have really good breathing but then my legs felt like bricks. also it wasn't too cold out it felt like the perfect temp. we were going to do less but then funny story on the way back we tried to run on the path by the lake but got cut off between the harbor and the lake so we had to backtrack and did some more running which is totally never a bad thing! i'm currently on the bus backs starving debating whether i should stop and get food.
