Daily Note

Tried two new things today: new route, first time going over to the other river trail from my house, and a yoga class after lifting after the run. Really good time, probably going to make that part of the routine, though maybe not immediately following the lifts.
Strength:
3x5 squat (3-3) @ 115, 125, 125
1 set of strength circuit A
Moderate weights overall, just wanted to get back to lifting without getting incredibly sore. Eating well after.
