Daily Note

Warmed up from my apartment, ended up being about 3 miles. Worked out with Avery and HTD. 2 mile tempo (2:34, 2:28), 2 min stand, 1 mile (2:21). CD back home. 4 degrees out, didn't feel cold but buff froze solid. Mentally didn't really wanna workout today but oh well.
