Daily Note

Started run solo so I could run really slow and then Jeri found me in the park and we finished together. Ive been really tired lately, like I start work and barely make it an hour before I'm falling asleep at my desk. Maybe its cause I've been drinking more caffeine so when I don't I bonk? Regardless it is very unpleasant.
