Good first workout of the season with the freshmen. 15 min WU to the 1880 loop, 4x3 min on 1 min jog, then 1xmile (6:17). 4x art hill then CD back and 1.5 campus loop add on with Payton. Overall effort was a bit high for me (high efficiency problems), but didn't really care cause I'm just here to help out and have fun.
