Daily Note

AM: dub, was gonna do 4 x campus loop and then after 1 loop I decided against it. Ended up doing a 20 min loop add on. Felt better at end than beginning. _________________________________________________________________ Started workout with Megan and Katie a little early because Katie had an exam tonight. 25 WU, 3 mile threshold (6:23, 6:17, 6:11), 5x200 (37, 38, 38, 37, 36), 18 min CD. Stomach was a little funky leading up to the workout and through the warmup. I think its still recovering from Monday. Other than that workout felt great, looking forward to racing this weekend.
