20 min WU, 1 x art hill, 5 x 3 min on 1 min off around 1880 loop (.47, .48, .49, .49, .48), 2 x art hill, CD to track, 4 x 200 (37, 36, 36, 35), Campus Loop. First workout back and felt surprisingly good, must have been the awesome group of Abby, Emma and Yung Soph. The wind definitely made the back half more difficult but oh well. Excited for more to come. _________________________________________________________ Forgot that doubles are supposed to happen in the morning now, will just do it on saturday instead
