Daily Note

Rainy gross morning so decided to run on the treadmill pre lift. Stupid decision, I hate the treadmill. Was very hot and dry and felt bad so cut it short. May just take the rest of this week pretty easy so as not to run myself into the ground. Random lift after as I showed my mom how to do some exercises.
