Daily Note

Nice easy long run. Did a greenway loop then added campus loop with Sophie then a 20 min loop solo :(. Felt gr8 throughout, accidentally picked it up going down Forsyth so made an effort to slow back down. Core and ankle stability after, no hurdles tho:(
