Eva and I ended up getting to do the 800-200-200 workout together somehow which was very nice! this workout is always weird for me because I feel like my brain experiences cognitive dissonance. like when we started the cruise 800 of the second set, I felt like I was jogging through jello and hardly moving but my breathing was still like tempo breathing?? and then the 200s were just jarring afterwards because of the pace change?? I have no sense of pace. it was rather cold and a bit slippery, but still felt overall good. my quads got super sore like immediately which I think was largely due to the cold. move in was...stressful to say the least
