Daily Note

this workout definitely helped me but whether that took the form of character building or giving me more speed I could not tell you. it was windy as fuck by the river and also kind of icy and lots of geese shit so it was kind of a miserable workout. also it was just really hard to do the kick downs without a track because I kept having to check my watch to know when to start the kick down part. and also my hamstring was so tight that I legitimately could hardly do the cool down, considering taking tomorrow off or skipping the coe ladder bc I'm feeling kind of beat up! my first one was 2:16 total time (did the 400 way too fast and then died) and the rest were all right around 2:10 ish. I regret doing 6 though it was a dumb choice. although I was in pain on the cool down the sunset was beautiful! it was orangey blueish which made the river look gold, and then when I got up by the house I looked back and it was all pink and I was like :,) there are two pieces of paper magneted to our fridge, one of them says "pain" and the other one says "childs", and I refuse to give any context for that because it's funnier without
