brutal run with Eva at lunchtime! the river was ANGRY because it was so windy. we ran by a container of Annie's mac and cheese and also Kraft mac and cheese and I was convinced that it was giving us a sign to eat tuna mac tonight. my legs got so cold at the end that they just gave up working, and my quads felt really crampy. going to get my hair cut now and I'm really scared
