hips and back hurt at beginning of run and then felt better about a mile in. I'm glad I took yesterday off I think my body and mind needed it. this run surprisingly felt good, I was going at a decent pace for most of it and didn't feel like I was trying hard at all. I'm happy. went to Lark Ranch with my sister and her husband today. they kept acting like I was their kid and they made me do this train ride thing. I had fun. now I have to write my newspaper article and I really wish that I was still running because honestly I have no motivation to write it.
