10k workout babyyyyy!!! 3x 1600 (cruise: goal pace 6:23-25) and 800 (interval goal pace 2:53-55). Ended up book ending the workout with a 4th 1600! I had so much fun warming up and cooling down with Eva. we were both on some shit so it was a lot of fun. we saw the good luck pug in the neighborhood loop so we knew its as going to be a good workout. shout out to Peter for some jammin music on the last turn. I consistently hit 6:20 pace for all of the 1600s and the 800s were 2:53,53, 49. So overall a really good workout! the miles felt really nice and chill, 800s hurt a little more. goofed around with Eva on the cool down. saw a tiny bench and four hundred twenty cursive house.
