I was so dead after shoveling the track and from being cold so me and Sarah did a very dead version of dick Ryan. despite feeling very low energy, it was a great run :) happy to be running with Sarah again!!! we still managed to have some great convos. at the top of the hill on Ryan, we decided to mess up this perfectly white field covered in snow. Sarah ran into the field first and sunk into the snow immediately. it was awesome. we made two snow angels on top of the crunchy snow. if the snow hasn't melted by the time I am writing this, consider adding to our snow angel family :) did core and "pull ups"
