Daily Note

had a smile on my face this entire workout cuz first time back on the track since end of xc season!! and this time i could feel my legs *whips* didn't do the rep stuff since the fast stuff usually causes my legs to go numb. so mourer just had me keep doing 800s while everyone was doing their 200s so ended up doing 12 800s at cruise (goal pace was 3:18-3:20 but they all ended up being 3:14 ish) so yeah that was awesome. alternated rest between 1-2 minutes in order to run with my pace group. these felt really good and idk im just happy i got to do a wokrout on the track!! mourer also gave me some hope and said if i can keep that up for a 10k i could score ponits at the conference so idk cool to have someone else have some hope for me :) 2 mi warm up and 2 mi cooldown with everyone which was fun
